I decided to research hydro flask becasue they are a brand that specializes in keeping your beverages cold or warm for a while. Yes, I do own a hydro flask! Because I love to keep my water cold with ice. I would always buy water bottles and store them in the fridge to stay cold, but every time I got one out and let it sit out, it turned the water warm, which was annoying. That's why I decided to purchase a hydro flask because many of my friends own one and hear good reviews about it. What people are saying about the hydro flask bottle is they love it! One person on Twitter mentions that the water is still cold while being in a car. People love that the hydro flask product is a saver for people who love their water, icy cold, and being outside all day. No matter what on social media, people love the
product and the brand with all positive posts.
Hydro Flask is doing something remarkable becasue they are solving people's problems with how they bought a cheap plastic bottle from a store and it won't be cold. So hydro flask listened to the people of the internet and made a product where it is simple, and there are different size and color and also keep your water cold or hot! As soon people see the shape of the bottle, color, and logo, especially right away, they know it is a hydro flask becasue they made sure people know who they are. Another thing is they used social media to promote who they are, and people encouraged them for free becasue they let others know who they are, and it was successful.
How the members from hydro flask respond is mostly Twitter and Instagram. They respond quickly, provide excellent services and rely on people's concerns or problems with the product. On their website, they have customer service they can answer with a call or have chats. They don't usually respond to every response from social media, but they try their best. This is an excellent way for the company to provide customer service from different platforms because customers will have questions. The company needs to give them the answer they need to be satisfied or willing to purchase the product. If I were the branded manager, I would Respond to a customer with respect no matter what if I was wrong because, at the end of the day, you're trying to provide an excellent service to help and solve the customer's problem.
I learn from this assignment to know what brand they are and what they stand for. Basically, they came from and understood how they are solving people's situations. Nevertheless, it is essential to know who is the company and what they are trying to provide to the people.
